More About Brent

Besides being an author and speaker, Brent is also an accomplished musician. He plays tenor, alto and soprano Selmer Paris saxophones (pictured at right), and can often be heard playing in Kansas City-area churches or as a studio musician. He is an avid and well-rounded reader, enjoying both fiction and non-fiction books on subjects ranging from technology to biblical studies, from Mark Twain to science fiction. Some of his favorite authors are Stephen R. Donaldson, Arthur C. Clarke, and Bart D. Ehrman. Brent also likes to ride bicycles and motorcycles. He grew up in the Midwest and enjoys motocross races, biking with his boys, and taking his wife for long afternoon rides on his cruiser. |
